SHIPPING INFO
*Shipping is not available for cake or cupcake orders*
All shipments are sent via UPS and typically take 2 days to arrive depending on your location. Shipping costs range between $14-$20 (1-3 dozen cookies per box) and will arrive 1-2 days prior to your event date to ensure freshness. All orders are packed to ensure your order arrives intact; however, I cannot guarantee handling once an order is in the care of UPS. In the event a package is lost or damaged, each order comes with $50 insurance and claims can be filed with UPS.
LOCAL DELIVERY / PICK-UP
Local (Spring Hill) deliveries can be made, free of charge, when arrangements have been made in advance.
I also offer delivery to Tampa, St.Pete, and Orlando for an additional fee.
PAYMENT INFO
Invoices are emailed and prompt payment is required via PayPal, unless other arrangements have been made.
